First as an attorney for 25 years and now, as a financial planner since 2001, Stuart has been privileged to be a fiduciary to hundreds and hundreds of individuals, families and businesses.
Stuart has attained the designation of Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF ®), as well as having his Juris Doctor (JD) since 1976. He is a member of the National Association of Estate Planning Councils, the Society of Financial Service Professionals, the Greater Philadelphia Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, the Montgomery County Estate Planning Council, and the Montgomery County Bar Association. He is also a qualifying member of the Top of the Table of the Million Dollar Round Table (which is based on sales).
Stuart believes that in order to properly address the financial and insurance issues of clients, it is critical to have a strong working relationship with lawyers and accountants. To this end he strives to develop long-term strategic relationships with lawyers, accountants and specialists in other financial areas.
“I want to help people with an advocacy approach, not an adversarial approach, as in law. The time I have spent in the financial service industry has been the most rewarding and fulfilling time of my professional life. I help people plan to reach their financial goals, whether it be now, in the future or as a legacy. In addition, I help people protect their families from unexpected, devastating events, which are great responsibilities that I welcome.
