Case Coordinator/CRM Specialist

I began my career in the US Navy and after serving four years, I was honorably discharge. I studied Pharmacy at Temple University and graduated with a BS in Pharmacy. I am a registered pharmacist with vast experience in retail and mail order pharmacy. I have worked in pharmacy for independents, chains, food stores, my own independent pharmacy and mail order. During these years, I acquired experience managing people, projects and budgets. I gained vast experience that has served patients, clients and business concerns.

After the closing and the layoff of all employees at the mail order facility, I began looking for a second career where I could apply my service skills. I started with volunteer work for RSVP in Montgomery County, helping house bound clients meet their obligations. I also acquired a license to sell Accident and Health Insurance.

I was introduced to BIRE Financial, where I started as a client, then became an employee working as a Client Services Specialist collecting data, preparing reports and assisting with paperwork. I provided liaison between clients and advisors. Currently, I am a Case Coordinator working behind the scenes maintaining electronic files, supporting electronic client workflows and occasionally helping with direct client support.
